So we thought we’d introduce you to a woman in venture capital, managing a portfolio that includes investments in women-led businesses in Russia. Lyubov Simonova was kind enough to take some time and answer a few questions for us about her work, path to success, and advice for professional women in Russia and around the world.
With all of her startups, she has frequently done four main things: 1) Look at current social, tech and gaming trends, 2) Observe and take note of successful business models in other parts of the world (in her mind, there was no reason why these couldn’t work in Russia too), 3) Work hard to make it happen, and 4) Adapt, adapt, adapt.
